This article summarizes preventive and therapeutic concepts and the practical experience of anthroposophic doctors regarding COVID-19 from the authors’ point of view, as far as this is possible at the time of publication. Many COVID-19 patients have been and still are being treated as outpatients with Anthroposophic Medicine. Severe, advanced stages of the disease require clinical treatment and possibly all measures of intensive care, up to temporary extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO).
